Roles and Expectations

Director/Producer

• Keeps track of tasks and assignments
• Is the go-to person if questions arise within the team and takes questions to the teacher if necessary
• Makes sure guidelines from Rubrics are followed
• Makes sure materials are present: folder, paper, laptops, etc.
• Sees that the are is cleaned up and materials are returned to their proper place

Advertising Executive/Designer

• Makes sure the project expresses emotions and feelings of the theme
• In charge of the advertising campaign
• Sees that the graphics/color/sound reflect the emotions and feelings to convey message
• Checks that the theme is reflected in all the work that is produced.
• Makes sure deadlines are met

Engineer

• Makes sure designs are compliant with rubric
• Oversees the building of the three dimensional model
• Makes sure that the ride/attraction reflects the theme chosen
• Spots the problems or difficulties
• Makes sure deadlines are met

Sound Director

• Makes sure the test, graphics, images and sound work successfully together
• Helps the Technical Director with the multi-media presentation
• Is in charge of finding music/sounds for multi-media presentation
• Encourages the group to stay on task
• Makes sure deadlines are met

Technical Director

• Oversees the technical aspects of the project
• Checks spelling and grammar
• Ensures that the multi-media presentation and three dimentional product enhance each other
• Makes sure the advertising campaign, the product and the multi-media presentation are unified in theme
• Makes sure deadlines are met
